Evaluate
When you're looking back at your own projects, you can choose a wide range of techniques to review what's happened and whether it's turned out as you wanted. Digital Voice always evaluates our own projects, and we're happy to help other organizations use media methods for their own evaluation.
Approaches which have worked well include:
- brief video interviews with participants every so often capturing what's worked, what hasn't, what changes have resulted
- blog diaries drawing on stills, animation, artwork, text, video clips
- DVD compilations showing a project underway and recording comments from participants
Not only are these enjoyable and memorable - they can save you lots of paperwork as well!
